Having become an icon in France, the Air Max Plus has now released a version with a touch of tricolor.
The Nike Air Max Plus France features a sleek black base decorated with a striking white grid pattern, reminiscent of the partitions found near parks and playgrounds in certain neighborhoods. There are other references to France. One can make out the numbers 9 and 3 on the tongue tabs, in a playful nod to the Seine-Saint-Denis region where this pair of sneakers was a huge hit. At the top of each tongue, a distinctive French flag is elegantly embedded behind the iconic Swoosh logo.
